Amendments to archiving clients - plus changes to referrals and more!

There will shortly be a new release to CareForIT which will change the way that Clients are archived.You will notice on the first tab of the Client profile there is a field entitled 'Service End Date' - if you enter a date in this box then the Client will be automatically archived on this date. Changes to Application Logs on CareForIT

We have made updates to the application log function on CareForIT in order to maintain efficient database performance. Application logs will now be archived to files.You will still be able to access and query your archived logs, however please note that the logs will need to be restored first. You may have experienced or have had reports of the iPhone CareForIT Carer App crashing when users attempt to check into a call. We have identified that the cause of this issue is to do with the time settings on the users iPhone.Users with the 12 hour clock selected will experience crashes when checking into calls.To resolve this we would recommend users change their date and time settings to the 24 hour clock. On the 23rd January we were made aware of issues by our customers that bulk sending of rotas was not functioning.On further investigation it was identified that our email service provider had changed security certificate settings without first informing us. Certificates are usually changed every three years and is planned work by the email service provider in which we are informed in advance, and risks to service mitigated.Unfortunately we were not informed in advance on this occasion. Further to correspondence sent out regarding the planned release for today (12/09/2017), details of the essential fixes to the List View are below:TBC Assignments were incorrectly showing when an assignment had already been created.
