We’ve released a new update of our Android and iOS CareFor Carer mobile apps. We’re always wanting to improve our functionality and design in order to bring you greater quality, and a better user experience.
Please note: To enjoy the benefits of this new update please make sure you’re using the latest version of either the Android or iOS app. You can check this by using the “Mobile User Versions” report under the Deliver tab on the desktop version of CareFor.
Once all staff are updated to the latest version, please contact support to organise migrating your system over to new medication - only then will all new functionality be visible.
New Features for iOS include:
- Dark mode! If you have your phone in dark mode, CareFor now supports this.
- Introduction of new medication - including PRN and mobile MAR charts. Please note mobile MAR charts are only visible when new medication on CareFor desktop is used.
- Maps are now available for each visit.
- Overnight visits now show after midnight and we’ve made improvements to the information about the status of a visit to include a traffic light code system.
New features for Android include:
- Introduction of new medication - including PRN and mobile MAR charts. Please note mobile MAR charts are only visible when new medication on CareFor desktop is used.
- Visual improvements to enhance user experience and app quality.
- Bug fixes.
We love to hear your feedback and encourage you to send us features that you feel would enhance your experience or functionality of our software. You can do this by going to our UserEcho site at https://careforit.userecho.com/.
