What's happening with CareForIT?

Posted on 15 October 2018

We wrote to all our customers in August to inform them that CareForIT had been acquired by CareFor IT Limited. This investment by CareFor IT Limited is going to strengthen CareForIT and ensure the longevity and sustainability of the product.

Over the past 2 months, we have been looking at how we can improve the service offering, and we have some very exciting plans.

When CareForIT was first created, it set out to be a domiciliary care management system that was the simplest on the market to use. The aim was that anyone could sign up and start using CareForIT with minimal training or support, simply because everything was so easy.

Over the years many options and new tools have been added. These have been designed to help customers work more efficiently and run a sustainable and compliant care business.

But, in the process, to be frank, CareForIT has become more complicated.

From talking to users we’ve heard, loud and clear, that some features are a bit too hard to find and that some of the settings management is far from the simple and obvious process we’d like.

In some cases, this has held people back from using CareForIT to its full potential.

We’ve listened. And here’s what we’re doing about it.

We are investing in a complete overhaul of CareForIT; making the customer experience much simpler and improving the infrastructure. CareForIT will still support your care business through every step needed to be sustainable and compliant: planning, scheduling, delivery, monitoring and payment.

It’s just that everything will be so much easier to find and use.

You won’t need to do anything to benefit from the improvements. The new look CareForIT will roll out automatically to all our customers early in 2019. We’re really excited about the changes and we’re confident that you’ll love what you see.

Keep an eye on your inbox for news and updates or speak to your account manager if you would like to become more involved with the changes: either through our user groups or early access to new features.
