To keep your Carers, and Clients, safe you will need to carry out Risk Assessments. Whether the assessment is on the property that your Carers will be attending, or you need to assess a client’s mobility, you can easily create Risk Assessments paper-free on CareFor. You can also set expiry/review dates for these Assessments. The notifications triggered by the review dates will stay on your system until completed ensuring you are compliant.

The Risk Assessment forms are located under the Plan tab

From the Risk Assessment section, you will then need to click Add Risk Assessment

You can then select whether you wish to complete a General or Moving and Handling Risk Assessment
