New developments to CareForIT charging & invoicing

We have made a new release to the charging and invoicing sections within CareForIT.

New weekly invoice template

When you generate your invoices, you will now see a new option named ‘Weekly’:

Selecting the ‘Weekly’ option, will generate an invoice which is broken down into weekly periods:

Double Handed Call Booking Fees

If you have selected to charge a booking fee, a double handed call would always by default charge two booking fees. You can now select for a double handed booking to charge just one booking fee.

To change, select 'Settings' then scroll down to 'System Settings'. Here you have the 'Charging Structure' box:

If you change the 'Charging Structure' to 'With Booking Fee', you will now be presented with a new option 'Booking Fee Per Staff Member" allowing you to choose 'No' to only charge one booking fee per call:
