We wanted to let you know that we are always looking at ways to improve our system, our next job will be to upgrade our infrastructure and increase system speed. At the moment we don’t know how much disruption this will cause so we wanted to let you know that there might be some downtime during this upgrade process.
We will endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum and we will carry it out during quieter times to minimise this interruption to our customers, we will also make sure that we notify you in advance of any planned maintenance windows, the first of which will be this week. Please keep an eye out for our regular updates over the upgrade period so you can stay up to date with our progress.
