The inbuilt holiday calculator within CareFor will adjust the holiday entitlement for staff who do not work five days a week.

You can see that the staff member pictured has a fixed holiday scheme, which is for 28 days for a full time worker

However this member of staff works a 3 day week

The calculation used to work out holiday is as follows:

28(days) divided by 5(days in working week) = 5.6 days
5.6 (days) x 3.00 (Claire's average working week) = 16.8 days of holiday
