CareFor will be having a maintenance window for specific pre-emptive work to the Mobile API.
Detailed below is the scheduled maintenance window:
* Start date/time: Thursday 7th December, 11:30pm
* End date/time: Friday 8th December, 6am
Purpose of maintenance
As part of the comprehensive infrastructure upgrade we will be upgrading the mobile API, this is essential to ensure performance, security and reliability. This upgrade is a part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that our services meet the highest standards and provide you with a seamless and secure experience
Impact expected
Whilst we understand the importance of uninterrupted service, please note that there will be temporary disruption during the maintenance window and as such we have booked this maintenance window during the quietest time for our customers. We will make every effort to minimise impact and ensure the upgrade is completed as quickly as possible.
What to expect
During this window the app will not be available in real-time but will cache data until the service is back online - data will then sync and bring the system up to date once all services have resumed. Please ensure any staff who will be using the app during the maintenance window have refreshed the app prior to the maintenance window.

We will inform you as soon as the maintenance is completed and the system is fully operational.
