Please note that essential maintenance for the Carer App has been postponed to September 16th, 2024. The start time has been updated to 8:00 PM, and the app will be in offline mode until 12:00 AM.

Important: If carers are logged into the app during this time, they will still be able to use it in offline mode. However, no data will sync back to Carefor until the maintenance is complete. As a precaution, we recommend carers save or print a copy of their schedule in advance, either by email or hard copy.

The maintenance will include:

• Deleted notes cleanup
• Resolving the BST issue within notes
• Badges cleanup

Please note, this maintenance will not affect Carefor (browser).
