The Monitor overview screen provides useful up to date information about the status of visits. This shows you current issues - such as staff being late - but also provides an indication that someone missing a call now will have for their future visits for the day.

The overview can be found from the Functions menu. Choose Monitor - Overview

You can then see the status of visits firstly from a staff perspective:
