We are aware of the current issue of new users not being able to sign into the CareFor Carer iPhone app. We endeavour to fix this and are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
However for now, our solution is to change your carers from Electronic Logging to Full Access. Once they have been granted this, they will then need to sign into the desktop version of CareFor and accept the T&C's. Once the T&C's have been accepted they will then be able to use the CareFor Carer iPhone app.
