We re pleased to say that we've fixed the root cause that led to the unavailability of CareFor services from early this morning and your service should now be back to normal.
A brief explanation of what happened to cause the disruption and the impact:
- An update last night caused unpredictable load on our database servers which caused a backlog of tasks to process
- This prevented any processes which relied on access to the database to stop operating as expected.
- Data integrity was not affected, no data was lost
- Nightly backups did not get sent out because the database server couldn't process them
We would like to apologise sincerely again for the impact this will have caused in your operations.
