02, Sky Mobile, Tesco Mobile, Lyca Mobile and GiffGaff are currently experiencing network issues including no data coverage. This may appear on your desktop site as having lots of missed calls.
However, if your carers are using the CareForIT Carer apps then all check in and out times will be stored within their app. Once the network is back up, or they are connected to WiFi, they can refresh and call times and notes will be pushed through to your site
