We have been informed by Rackspace that there is an error on one of our servers. Rackspace are investigating and we will provide further updates as soon as we have them.

Our servers have now been restored to normal operation and we belive that the earlier issue with logging in has been resolved. Our engineers will continue to montior server performance to ensure all users are able to log on successfully.
