You may have experienced or have had reports of the iPhone CareForIT Carer App crashing when users attempt to check into a call. We have identified that the cause of this issue is to do with the time settings on the users iPhone.
Users with the 12 hour clock selected will experience crashes when checking into calls.
To resolve this we would recommend users change their date and time settings to the 24 hour clock. This can be done on an iPhone by following these steps;
Go into Settings
Click into General
Click into Date & Time
Turn on 24-Hour Time option
Once amended you should no longer experience any app crashes on the CareForIT Carer App. Our App Developer is continuing to work on resolving this issue, and once fixed will be released as an app update. Further information regarding this fix will be available in release notes under the 'Latest News' section of your CareForIT log in screen.
