On Monday 30th October, there will be a new release made to CareForIT.
Details of this release are as follows:
Expired risk assessments
Previously, there may have been occasions where a notification of a Risk Assessment having expired still remaining on the dashboard, even when the Risk Assessment has been superseded. This will be fixed in the release.
Status on bulk emails
The new release will fix an issue where bulk emails were not displaying the delivery status information
Duplicated call times for double ups
There was a problem on client schedules which contained double handed calls. Call times were showing as doubled. The new release will remedy this.
Mileage payment for cancelled calls
For cancellation types, there are various options to charge/not charge and pay/not pay. There was an issue within CareForIT where changing a call type to a cancellation to not pay was still calculating a mileage payment. This will be fixed.
Duplicated Carer name
There were some instances where on the client schedule, the assigned Carer's name was appearing twice. The new release will fix this.
Incorrect Mileage calculations
There has been some confusion around how mileage is worked out on the system when expenses are also paid to the Carer. The new release will feature an information box under the 'Advanced Settings' of the Payroll function to explain how calculations are worked out:
