We are delighted to let you know that there will be a new release to CareFor relating to Risk Assessments. The release will take place on September 4th at 8pm. There will be NO disruption to service whilst the release is rolled out.
Details of the new release can be found below:
New Features:
●Edit Sign-off Date After Creation: You can now easily change the sign-off date even after an assessment has been created, providing more flexibility in managing your assessments.
●Delete Assessments: We’ve added an option to delete assessments, making it easier to remove any that are no longer needed.
●Enhanced Search with Filters: Our new filter feature improves search functionality, allowing you to find and manage your assessments more efficiently within the risk assessment tab within functions .
●Drag-and-Drop Question Reordering: You can now reorder risk assessment lines by simply dragging and dropping, ensuring everything is in the correct order.
Improvements:
●Colour Code Display Fix: We’ve corrected an issue where Colour Code #1 didn’t display correctly on the General Template printout, ensuring consistency across all print materials.
●Locked Risk Rating Box: The risk rating box is now locked to prevent accidental changes.
Bug Fixes:
●Error-Free Printing: We’ve fixed the issue that caused a 404 error when trying to print an assessment after creation.
●Row Editing Fixed:
○You can now successfully save edited rows.
○Issues with saving multiple rows at once have also been resolved.
●Proper Printout Sizing: Printouts now display correctly within the frame, so everything fits as it should.
●Print Preview Fixed: We’ve resolved the issue where print preview wasn’t displaying properly.
●Colour Matching Corrected: Colours now display consistently across all sections for a seamless visual experience.
●Sign-Off Button: The sign-off button is now fully functional and working as intended.
●Update Error Resolved: Fixed an issue where errors occurred during updates when signed in as the sign-off user.
●Residual Risk Save: Residual risk values are now saved properly without any issues.
●Spelling and Grammar Corrections: We have corrected multiple spelling and grammatical errors, especially in the moving and handling section.
Moving and Handling Section Fixes:
●Save Errors Fixed: Issues with saving, moving and handling assessments have been resolved.
●Date Corrections: Fixed issues with incorrect dates showing up in the moving and handling section.
●Review Date Buttons: We’ve improved the review date buttons for a smoother user experience.
●Sign-off Date Update Fix: The issue where the sign-off date wouldn’t update for the Moving and Handling section within the Careplan Risk Assessment has been fixed.
General Risk Assessment Fixes:
●Sign-off Date Update Issue Resolved: We’ve fixed the issue where the sign-off date wouldn’t update properly in the General Risk Assessment tab.
