To ensure a smooth experience during the upcoming mobile app maintenance window (10PM - 12AM), please follow these steps:

1. Sync Data Beforehand: Ensure your data is fully synchronised at least 10 minutes before 10:00 PM (the start of the maintenance window).
2. Avoid Using the App: We recommend not using the app during the maintenance window (from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM). If you must use it, please avoid synchronising any data during this time.
3. Synchronise & Restart: After the maintenance window ends at 12:00 AM, please synchronise any offline data and then quit and restart the app to resume normal service.

We will update our Latest News page (https://support.care-for-it.com/news) once the maintenance is complete.

While offline data may synchronise after the maintenance, any discrepancies or gaps caused by not following these instructions will need to be manually addressed by administrators on the desktop
