Please log out and log back into the app or force quit the app and then log back in. Please see below step from our previous post
- Synchronise & Restart: After the maintenance window ends. please synchronise any offline data and then quit and restart the app to resume normal service.
While offline data may synchronise after the maintenance, any discrepancies or gaps caused by not following these instructions will need to be manually addressed by administrators on the desktop
