We know it is only November but we wanted to let you know about our office closures over Christmas.On Friday 28th November, our offices and support phone lines will close at 2pm for our Christmas party. If our phone lines are busy during this period, please email your request to support@care-for-it.com.

As you know, we are humans at CareFor and we are looking forward to time together after a year of hard work in developing the software, answering support calls and all the other activity that makes CareFor tick along so well. 

To keep you informed, here are the changes to our Support Line hours over the Christmas period:

• Friday 28th November: 9am–2pm
• Christmas Eve: Normal Hours
• Christmas Day: Closed
• Boxing Day: Closed
• 29th December -Normal Hours
• 30th December: Normal Hours
• New Year’s Eve: Normal Hours
• New Year’s Day: Closed
• From 2nd January 2025: Normal hours resume

Between Christmas and New Year the offices are closed and we will be operating a reduced support service. We appreciate that home care is a 365 day commitment so from the evening of Christmas Eve (24th December) to the morning of 2nd January the phone lines will be closed but you will be able to contact our support team through our ticketing service, These tickets will be answered on the working days over the Christmas period but not weekends or bank holidays.The office will be back to normal operating practices on Friday 2nd January 2025.
