Have you tried to log into CareFor and seen this message?

It could be related to one of the following:

 - Are you entering the correct email address?

 - Check your password is correct, if you have saved your password then copy & paste it in (Omitting any blank spaces at either end of the password text as this will cause the password to be wrong)

 - If you have forgotten your password, click the forgotten password link and follow the steps to create a new password

 - Ask your manager or co-ordinator to check you have the relevant access, activity and level of access to log in.
