All passwords will need to be changed via the CareFor Identity Service.
You will need to log into the ID Service where you can update your password and also turn on two factor authentication. This allows a code to be sent to your mobile to allow you to change your password.
You can also reset your password via the CareFor Carer App or the CareFor Desktop log in screen by clicking the 'Forgotten Password' button.
