If your iPhone date and time is set to use the 12 hour clock, you may have experienced issues with the app crashing when you check into a call.

To resolve this we would recommend users change their date and time settings to the 24 hour clock. This can be amended on your iPhone by following these steps;

Go into Settings
Click into General
Click into Date & Time
Turn on 24-Hour Time option

Once amended you should no longer experience any app crashes.
