​I can’t log in!

If you are unable to log in, then it could be related to one of the following:

  1. Goto the Login Page
  2. Ensure you enter the correct email address
  3. Check your password is correct, if you have saved your password then copy & paste it in (Omitting any blank spaces at either end of the password text as this will cause the password to be wrong.)
  4. If you have forgotten your password, click the forgotten password link and follow the steps to create a new password
  5. Ask your manager or co-ordinator to check you have the relevant access, activity and level of access to log in.
