If you are unable to log in, then it could be related to one of the following:
1) Are you entering your email address correctly?
2) Check your password is correct, if you have saved your password then copy & paste it in (Omitting any blank spaces at either end of the password text as this will cause the password to be wrong.)
3) Access the CareFor IT Identity Service and follow the Forgotten Password steps
4) Ask your manager or co-ordinator to check you have the relevant access, activity and level of access to log in.
