How do I add a Location, and how do I add staff to it?

To add a new location:

Select “Locations” from the 'Functions' menu, then select "Add New Location"

Fill in the address details for the location. (Please note that there must be a valid UK postcode added.)

Press “Add Location” and your location will be saved.

To add staff to a Location Assignment:

To add staff to a visit, click on the name of the Location,and then if you select "Add shift" tab this will allow you to add a location assignment.

If you now click on the "Assignments" tab and then "view assignments", this will allow you to add your staff to the assignments. 

You can also create location based assignments the same way you would add a one off call.

This would most often be used by office workers who work at the office (such as coordinators, managers or admin) but may not necessarily do call visits. This is a way for office / admin staff to be included in the system.
