Why has my note disappeared?

If you have added two notes in quick succession, you may notice that the first note you added has disappeared. This is not a system issue, and is in fact a useful feature of CareForIT.

If you have added and saved a note and have made an error, you can add the note again which will remove the previously added note.

However, should you need to add many notes in quick succession, please ensure before adding each additional note you have chosen 'File' and then 'New document':
