How do I archive a client profile?

When a Client leaves your service you will need to archive their profile.

Firstly, access the Care Plan tab, and scroll to their regular visits. 

Click the row of the visit to open it up and add the Service End Date into the box. This date will be the last day that the client will have visits, after this date no visits will show for the Client.

Once you have entered the date, please scroll down and Update Assignment/Visit

You will need to repeat the steps above for each row of visits within the Client's Care Plan

Then from the first tab of the Client's profile, you need to access the Referral Details section

In the Service End Date, click to add the date the Client will leave - this can be a date in the future or today's date. You can also add the reason the Client left. Once you have entered the information, click to Save. 

If you have entered a future date for the Client to leave, you will be able to see this from the Client list

Once the end date has been reached, all visits for the Client will be stopped.
