No, not at this time. We have plans to add second preferred carers in case first ones are not available but there is no current confirmed date for this.

You can however add more than one preferred carer if they week a week on week off pattern. This is done by accessing the Regular Visits / Services section of the Service User's profile. Click the line of the visit in question and click 'Assign Staff'. You can then add as many weeks as necessary

Please note, if two staff alternate the weeks then only two weeks are required. If four staff alternate each week then four weeks are required etc.
